Independently Fantastic

How many artists can call their most recent project “the best decision they’ve ever made”?
Keith Roberts can certainly make that claim–and back it up at a show in Anaheim in March of 2014.

Keith is the co-founder and lead singer of hardworking Celtic rock band The Young Dubliners.  “The Dubs”, as fans call them, have been around since 1988–and just released their ninth studio album.

What’s different, though, is the way they released it.

The Dubs produced this new album, which is entitled Naoi, or Nine, independently, after crowd-funding it from their fans, in advance of its production.

Just after Nine’s release, Keith talked about the process, told the stories of some of the songs on the album and the Dubs’ show on Friday, March 14th, at The Grove in Anaheim–where they’ll perform some of their new music.
