Pasadena City College radio and performance student Brian Ng sits down with L.A. Dodgers Play-by-play broadcast announcer, Joe Davis. Davis discusses his lifelong dream of working in his field, how he got his start, and how American baseball is adapting to COVID-19.

Be sure to check out Joe Davis’ podcast, “Off-Air” with long-time Dodgers announcer, Orel Hershiser at: https://www.mlb.com/dodgers/fans/podcasts.

Lancer Radio Network would like to thank Joe Davis for taking time out of his busy schedule to help our PCC students succeed.

Faculty Notes: Brian demonstrates strong producing skills, performance skills, technical skills and an impressive ability to adapt to this assignment through Zoom calls and virtual learning. Brian did an excellent job of building rapport with his guest and keeping the interview focused.
