The Tournament of Roses ® have announced the Grand Marshal of the 2013 Rose Parade ®: Dr. Jane Goodall! Primatologist, conservationist and author Dr. Goodall is the founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, as well as the worldwide youth conservation program Roots & Shoots. During an April 25 press conference at Tournament House, Dr. Goodall told reporters–including Lancer Radio reporter Dot Cannon–about her plans for New Year’s Day, 2013. These included her travel companion of many years: a stuffed monkey named “Mr. H.”
