Feature reporter and radio documentarian, as well as PCC radio student, Dot Cannon was the recipient of the College Broadcasters, Inc. Award for “Best Radio Documentary Feature”. This awards reflects the outstanding producing Mrs. Cannon exhibited with her feature series on “PCC and the Rose Parade,” which was aired throughout the live remote coverage of the Rose Parade in 2011. CBI’s radio production awards are given in several categories, and with hundreds of applicants from colleges all over the country.
