Should students be concerned for their safety on campus? This is Debbie Barrera with Lancer Radio Network News,  reporting on the recent college safety reports. PCC has always felt like a safe environment and it still does, but for many students who have been the victims of these burglary and robbery crimes,  that may not be the case. Recent Clery campus safety reports show that the robbery and burglary rates have gone up drastically over the past couple of years. But why have these rates gone up? I spoke with Interim Police Chief, Steven Matchan, who spoke to me on how important it is for students to be educated on what is going on in their campus. You can view the college reports now on the PCC courier website http://www.pcccourier.com/2015/03/18/clery/
